Overview
The Finkel Law Firm has been serving the people and businesses of South Carolina for over fifty years. Founded in 1970, The Finkel Law Firm made a conscious commitment to provide sophisticated legal services and to develop practice areas in the corporate and commercial litigation fields. Over the years, the Firm has accepted a number of major cases of novel impression, and has developed a reputation for handling complex cases, such as antitrust cases; federal injunctive relief actions; unfair trade practices claims; corporate, business, and commercial litigation; foreclosure; bankruptcy; commercial and residential real estate; and banking-related matters.
Finkel Law Firm LLC has developed into a full-service law firm, handling all types of litigation, residential and commercial real estate, corporate, finance, bankruptcy, foreclosure and taxation matters. With offices in Columbia and Charleston, we have the opportunity to service all of our South Carolina clients more effectively. All of the members of the Firm are dedicated to the practice of law in South Carolina. Several attorneys teach at the Charleston School of Law and have taught at the National Judicial College. In addition, the lawyers are active in continuing legal education and various attorneys participate in the committees of the American Law Institute, the American Judicature Society, the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, The South Carolina Association for Justice, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. By remaining active in teaching and continuing legal education, Finkel Law Firm LLC seeks to identify emerging trends in the law to serve our client’s interests.
