Raed Gonzalez is a nationally recognized litigation attorney with published precedential decisions with the Supreme Court of the US and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. The firm practices removal defense, family-based immigration, litigation and appeals, naturalization and U.S. citizenship claims, as well as representing corporate America with all types of nonimmigrant visas including investors and entrepreneurs, H1B, H2B, L1, E, TN, O, P, foreign professionals, multinational managers, athletes and individuals with extraordinary abilities. Our knowledge of international legal, regulatory and policy issues allows us to provide our clients with strategic advice and effective and efficient immigration solutions to assist them in achieving and maintaining a competitive edge in the global marketplace.

The litigation team, is headed by Mr. Raed Gonzalez Olivieri, JD, LLM, and also the chairman of Gonzalez Olivieri LLC in Houston, TX. He is an accomplished litigator, avid CIR advocate, active AILA member, and lectures nationally on immigration. He is admitted in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 9th and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Southern District of TX, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Supreme Court of P.R. and the Supreme Court of the United States. His precedent decisions in the 5th Circuit include: Manuel Flores Ledezma v. Gonzalez, 415 F.3d 375, 380 (5th Cir. 2005); Perez-Pimentel v. Mukasey, 530 F.3d 321 (5th Cir. 2008); McCarthy v. Mukasey, 555 F.3d 459, 462 (5th Cir. 2009); Nieto Hernandez v. Holder, 592 F.3d 681 (5th Cir. 2009); Gomez v. Lynch, 831 F.3d 652 (5th Cir. Aug. 5, 2016); Diaz v. Sessions, --- F.3d ----, 2018 WL 3151071 (5th Cir. June 28, 2018); and four victories in SCOTUS: Dada v. Mukasey, 554 U.S. 1 (2008); Alexis v. Holder, No. 09-955, (Unpublished, June 21, 2010); Mata v. Lynch, 135 S. Ct. 2150 (2015) and most recently Diaz Esparza v. Sessions, No. No.17-820 (Unpublished, May 14, 2018).
