General Information
Overview
Attorney Michael Rose has spent his entire career representing accident victims. Michael has earned a reputation as one of the finest trial attorneys in New York, which is no small feat when considering the highly competitive nature of New York’s legal industry. Over the years, Michael has been recognized for his work by being featured in New York Magazine’s Top-Rated Lawyers in the New York Area, being selected to the 2013 – 2017 New York Super Lawyers list, and by being inducted as a lifetime Charter Member of Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America. He is also received an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell® – the organization’s highest rating for professional excellence, based on voting by his peers.
It has been his intellect and his ability to think strategically on his feet—all while maintaining an affable demeanor—that has endeared Michael to members of the Bar and jurors alike. In fact, these character traits have helped Michael secure enough seven-figure awards and settlements to earn himself a lifetime membership to the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In 2012, Michael reported the largest jury verdict for a construction site accident in the state of New York in excess of $13,000,000.
Michael partnered with attorney Gregory Hach 15 years ago to form Hach & Rose, LLP. At the time, Michael was already esteemed for his seven-figure jury verdicts on behalf of his personal injury clients and as a respected speaker for the New York Bar.
Attorney Gregory Hach has been involved in the labor movement for most of his life. While he was growing up, Gregory learned about the important issues concerning unionized labor from his father, who was a highly respected labor leader in New York. It was his father who taught Gregory that it takes hard work, dedication, and a reputation that is built on honesty and integrity to become an effective leader. Since then, Gregory has relied on these hallmarks of good character to serve his country as a member of the Air Force, an advocate of the labor movement, and as an attorney who has dedicated himself to the clients of Hach & Rose, LLP.
Over the course of his legal career, Gregory has represented union members all across the country. Beyond that, Gregory has advised and lectured on a number of issues that concern union workers, including personal injury, health and pension fund issues, lien and subrogation issues, securities litigation and monitoring services, summary plan descriptions, mass tort, and a number of other general labor issues. As a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers for more than 25 years now, Gregory already knows many of the people the firm works with from labor meetings and from his life-long involvement in the city’s labor movement.
Before partnering to create their firm, Michael & Gregory both worked for a large firm in New York. They created their own law firm with the goal of providing personal attention to each individual client. Hach & Rose, LLP, is dedicated to placing the best interest of the client before anything else. The goal for each client and each case is to achieve the best possible results whether it is by jury trial or settlement.
As a result, Hach & Rose, LLP have partnered to create a law firm that has recovered well in excess of $250,000,000 on behalf of their clients.
