Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC reach settlement agreement with The School Board of Lee County
Senior partners and lead attorneys, Ty Roland and Evan Lubell reached a settlement agreement with the School Board of Lee County. This evening, The School Board of Lee County unanimously voted to approve a $950,000 settlement and the creation of an annual memorial football game aimed to promote heat stroke prevention. A portion of the proceeds from the annual football game will benefit the Zach Martin Memorial Foundation.
The Estate of Dominguez v. Florida Power & Light
In 2017, according to TopVerdict.com, Lubell and his co-counsel, Ty Roland, won the No. 1 Premises Liability Verdict in Florida. The Estate of Dominguez v. Florida Power & Light Co. case was fought and won after the Dominguez family lost their 15-year-old son who was electrocuted while climbing bamboo near power lines in 2011.
