LITIGATION
We prosecute and defend clients in bet-the-company disputes. We specialize in complex cases in virtually all flavors of business litigation, including intellectual property, antitrust, class action defense, corporate governance, financial fraud, trade secrets, unfair competition, digital assets, securities litigation, founders’ disputes, investor litigation, and contested bankruptcies. Since our founding in 2009, we have secured judgments and settlements exceeding several billion dollars, including multiple Top-100 national judgments.
CORPORATE
We represent emerging companies throughout their lifecycle and the investors who back them. We are advisors to innovators and market leaders across a variety of industries, with an emphasis on consumer-branded businesses in food & beverage, health & wellness, sustainability and technology. We specialize in equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions - closing over a hundred deals a year.
