Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. was formed in 1988 to exclusively represent people injured because of the negligence of others. The firm handles all types of injury cases but concentrates on serious injury cases within its catastrophic injury unit. Through the years the firm has received dozens of awards and recognitions of its partners and associates achievements. Partner Marc C. Saperstein is a Past President of the New Jersey Association for Justice, an organization composed of over 4,000 trial attorneys. Of the 28 Personal Injury Lawyers over 15 are Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Civil Trial Attorneys, a distinction held by less than 2% of all New Jersey Lawyers. For the past 20 years the firm has maintained offices in both Northern New Jersey and Manhattan. During its 32 years, the frim has successfully represented over 30,000 people and families and has recovered over one-half billion dollars in settlements, awards and verdicts and class action settlements.
