Members of our firm served on the committee that drafted the Texas Trust Code and participated in drafting virtually every piece of trust-and-estate-law legislation for the past 40 years. We have been involved in some of the largest and most complex fiduciary-litigation cases in Texas, and we have planned and administered extremely intricate estates. This unique background allows us to serve high-net-worth individuals and families throughout Texas.
