I have worked closely with Rob Jenner as co-counsel in consumer class actions since 1998. He is a smart, experienced, talented lawyer who just happens to be one of the Best Lawyers in America. Over the years, I have consulted Rob for advice on many topics ranging from litigation strategy, merits of potential cases, navigating mass tort litigation and MDL, expert witnesses, and others. Specifically in 2020, Rob's knowledge and expertise in mass torts was invaluable as my firm expanded its practice in this area. He is the person I go to for all things related to mass torts. As far as I know, Rob has been listed in Best Lawyers for a long time. When he left his prior firm and created Jenner Law, I assumed his listing continued. I was shocked to learn that he is not listed. Let me say unequivocally that Rob individually and Jenner Law as a firm should be in Best Lawyers and Best Law Firms. Rob's absence MUST be an oversight in the selection process, which can happen, but now must be corrected if Best Lawyers is to maintain its high standard and credibility.
