Attorneys at the Firm recently defended the University of Mississippi in a high profile jury trial concerning the termination of a former head football coach, prevailed in separate appeals to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in employment discrimination and insurance coverage matters, and assisted in an appeal to the United States Supreme Court in a case that defines the standard of proof and review in federal employment discrimination cases.
