Intellectual Property Law
- McBratney Law comprises a team of IP lawyers who help clients identify, protect and commercialise their intellectual property. McBratney Law provides advice on copyright, patents, trade marks, registered designs and other IP rights. The practice covers advice on IP protection and IP management and strategy, IP due diligence, IP commercialisation and IP infringement.
