General Information
Overview
Protecting Nevada businesses and estates since 1992.
Founded in 1992 by attorney Paul R. Michaelson, Michaelson Law was envisioned to be the premier firm to service complex transactional law. Paul brought his years in state business and securities registration to the firm with a vision to improve the way business was done in Nevada.
With a track record of over 30 years of success, the attorneys bring a wealth of experience to the table. Michaelson Law prioritizes clear communication, and a client-focused approach means we tailor our strategies to meet your specific goals, delivering effective solutions to even the most challenging legal issues.
In 2005, Paul’s eldest son, John P. Michaelson, joined him as a Partner. Eventually, John went on to take over the practice with an ongoing focus on communication, excellence, and honesty. The firm has employed many members of the Michaelson family, including most of Paul’s children and several of his grandchildren. John’s oldest daughter, Grace Michaelson, is currently attending the William S. Boyd Law School at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she will be a third-generation attorney.
Today, Michaelson Law consists of more than 25 incredible attorneys and support staff and continues to deliver the same premier level of service originally envisioned. The firm has since expanded its practice into many other areas including business law, civil litigation, guardianship, probate, elder law, and estate planning.
One of the highest-rated and most awarded law firms in Southern Nevada, Michaelson Law continues to provide premier service and legal expertise to clients from all over the state.
