Attorneys Joe Sam Owen and Ben F. Galloway each have over 35 years of experience representing clients in the Gulf Coast region of Mississippi. Robert P. Myers, Jr., who became a partner in the firm in 2000, has 18 years of legal experience. All three partners have been honored by their peers with the distinction of a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating,* which is uncommon if not unique among plaintiff firms in southeast Mississippi. In the past few years we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of hurricane-related lawsuits, including bad faith insurance denials and negligence claims stemming from hurricane clean-up injuries. We also practice in contract law, probate disputes and white collar criminal defense.
