Overview
Putnam Lieb Potvin Dailey was established in 1980 in Olympia, Washington with the singular purpose to take the insult out of injury.

Kim Putnam -
Kim Putnam received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served thereafter as an infantry officer with Ranger and Special Forces units. He received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound. He has served as legislative counsel for the Washington State Association for Justice. He has also served on WSAJ's board of directors and as the former head of the workers' compensation and insurance law sections of WSAJ. He is a past member of the judicial Recommendations Committee of the Washington State Bar Association. Kim is the past chair of the South Sound YMCA board of trustees and the current chair of the Strong Kids Campaign.
Wayne Lieb -
Wayne Lieb served as both an administrative law judge and chief review judge for the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals adjudicating workers' compensation appeals. He has served on the WSAJ board of governors and as chair of the Workers' Compensation section of WSAJ. He has been appointed a special master in Federal Court matters. He has extensive experience in trial and appellate work and has 20 published appellate decisions. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University and his law degree from the University of Washington. As past board member and president of Behavioral Health Resources (BHR), Wayne has spent many hours helping improve assistance to adults and children suffering from mental health crises and addiction.
Kathryn Potvin -
Kathryn joined the firm in July 2007 after relocating from Nevada and became partner in 2013. She has been acknowledged as a “Rising Star” and one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in the State of Washington by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters company and Seattle Met magazine. She is an Olympia native and 1999 graduate of the Arizona State University College of Law. From 1999 to 2007 she practiced law in Nevada. Her efforts resulted in two Nevada Supreme Court decisions which changed law for injured workers in the State of Nevada. She is an active member of the Washington State Association for Justice, past chair of the workers compensation section, and member of the Board of Governors.
Dustin Dailey -
Dustin's prior experience as an Assistant Attorney General for Washington State and as Program Manager for the Department of Labor and Industries gives him special insight in managing Workers Compensation cases. He earned his law degree and two bachelor's degrees from the University of Washington. Since joining the firm in 2013, Dustin has developed a successful workers compensation and personal injury practice and focuses primarily on first responder PTSD claims. He has taken leadership roles within the Washington State Association for Justice and testified before the legislature on matters pertaining to worker's rights.
Laura Fedorko -
Laura, a Washington native, attended Boston College where she graduated magna cum laude with degrees in International Studies and Islamic Civilizations & Societies. She obtained her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Since joining the firm in 2017, Laura has become a skilled advocate for injured workers car accident victims.
