The areas of practice include family formation (adoption, surrogacy, custody, name changes), family protection (estate planning, conservatorship/guardianship, pre-nuptial documents, health care documents), personal injury (auto accidents, products liability, premises liability, daycare injuries, salon & spa injuries, injury from sexual assaults), employment matters for both employers and employees (handbooks, policies, severance agreements, non-competes, discrimination, termination and other employment issues), registered agent services, general litigation needs (including defamation, cease & desist, injunctive relief), and addressing issues unique to the LGBTQI community.
