The four member attorneys of Raybin & Weissman P.C, combine a breadth of experience and achievement rarely found in a law firm of our size. Contact us in Nashville for highly attentive client service in criminal defense, or personal injury.
Our members have served in leadership or executive capacities with such organizations as the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Lawyers. Each of us has written or lectured for legal audiences both in Tennessee and around the nation.

House Task Force to Study Judicial Reform in Tennessee
Tennessee Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation
Supreme Court Advisory Commission on the Rules of Criminal Procedure
Among the past professional positions held by lawyers at our firm are Circuit Court Judge, Assistant Attorney General, Assistant District Attorney, Public Defender, U.S. Navy JAG Corps attorney, and clerk for an appellate judge on the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Our contributions to the profession and the public have strengthened our firm's reputation while deepening our understanding of the law in areas ranging from divorce to criminal litigation. Our firm's clients benefit as well from the recognition our attorneys have received while participating in Tennessee legal rulemaking and the improvement of the profession.
Our firm is also involved in important civil rights litigation. One of our most treasured accomplishments has been the federal class action which has improved the conditions of thousands of Tennessee foster children.
