Overview
Susan J. Sadow received her B. A. degree, Magna Cum Laude in History and French, from Tufts University in Medford, Mass. in 1978. She received a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA in 1981. Ms. Sadow has dedicated her career to helping individuals who have sustained serious or Catastrophic workers' compensation claims.
Susan J. Sadow has a well established reputation in the Georgia workers' compensation community of being a straightforward, honest, and aggressive female lawyer who strives to obtain the maximum recovery for each and every one of her clients. She is one of only 5 percent of all lawyers in Georgia who has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer in the 2006 - 2021 editions of Atlanta Magazine. She was named one of Georgia's Top 50 Women Super Lawyers in the 2012, 2013 and 2014. Ms. Sadow was the only female workers’ compensation claimant’s attorney awarded this honor. Ms. Sadow also has the privilege of being listed in Best Lawyers in America in the area of Claimants workers' compensation from 2014-2021. She has extensive experience handling Catastrophic cases and has negotiated a number of 7 figure settlements for her clients.
Heather D. Froy graduated with Honors from the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science in 2000. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2004 where she was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and Moot Court Competition Teams. She also served as an Honor Court Justice. Ms. Froy was named a Rising Star in the 2018 and 2019 Super Lawyer editions of Atlanta magazine.
Ms. Froy represented employers and insurers for 12 years at a large insurance defense firm in Georgia before joining Ms. Sadow's practice in 2016. She has served on the Governor's advisory Council by request of the Chairman of the State Board of Workers' Compensation and has been actively involved with Kids' Chance, Inc. Ms. Froy has organized fundraisers to provide scholarships to the children of catastrophically injured workers in Georgia. Her defense background provides invaluable insight into how employers and insurers handle workers' compensation cases. This knowledge gives her clients a huge advantage when she fights for their rights. She is a tireless litigator and leaves no stone unturned helping Georgia's severely injured workers receive the benefits and medical treatment that they are so deserving of.
