Schmidt, Sethi & Akmajian is one of Arizona's most experienced, successful, and trusted personal injury law firms. Established in 1995, our firm has deep connections to our community, and we are proud of our professional and community service contributions. Our lawyers and staff have the knowledge, experience, and resources needed to take on the most complex personal injury cases. We focus on serious injury and death cases involving trucking, bicycle, and motor vehicle collisions; medical malpractice; dangerous products; and governmental torts. We handle dog attack cases and elder abuse cases. Our work in dram shop cases (overserving alcohol) and representing victims of crimes in civil actions is especially important to us.
