Founded in 2011 by Rebecca Geller, The Geller Law Group (GLG) is an award-winning, all-women-owned/operated law firm based in Northern Virginia that provides high-quality legal services while emphasizing a healthy work-life balance for working parents and giving back to the community.

GLG has twice been on the Best Places to Work list by The Washington Business Journal; has been voted Best Law Firm in Northern Virginia four consecutive years by the readers of Virginia Living Magazine, and has been profiled by leading publications, such as The New York Times, for revolutionizing the law firm model by creating an environment where successful lawyers can be actively involved parents.

The GLG team is comprised of 33 women practicing in the areas of Family Law; Business Law; Will, Trusts, Estates & Probate; and Civil Litigation. The firm is also committed to providing pro bono legal services to individuals in need and regularly partners with numerous nonprofit legal services organizations across the DC Metro.
