Founded in 1970, Tinsman & Sciano, Inc. is a San Antonio-based law firm with a dedicated group of highly skilled attorneys and legal support professionals. We represent clients in Texas and, for certain types of cases, from across the United States as well. Tinsman & Sciano is not a high-volume operation/settlement factory. In our practice of law, we advise and represent clients in a wide range of civil matters and litigation, including personal injury cases resulting in severe injury or death involving 18-wheeler litigation, automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, burn injuries, oil rig and construction injuries, stove tip-over claims, as well as other b injuries from unsafe premises or defective products. We also represent clients in the areas of oil and gas royalties or working interest disputes, commercial disputes, trusts and estates litigation, and will contests.
