We represent clients, large and small, in the pursuit of justice. Our primary objective is the service of our clients.

The firm consists of two attorneys representing over 46 years of cumulative experience. Richard Van Pelt is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America in each addition since 2001, for Family Law. Kay Van Pelt is a member of the of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.
