Washington Energy Law LLP was established in 2023 by career energy lawyers. We have decades of experience representing the interests of municipally and cooperatively owned electric systems, municipal power agencies, and state utility commissions, involving almost every facet of the electric industry. We are experienced practitioners before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as well as other state and federal agencies and courts. We help our clients navigate the complex regulatory and business landscapes governing power supply arrangements, project developments, transmission arrangements, wholesale energy markets, and other related matters.
