Bubalo Law PLC was formed in an effort to address the growing need for experienced trial attorneys with a practice focused upon the needs of injured individuals and small businesses in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and throughout the country.
Mr. Bubalo and associated attorneys have years of trial experience in personal injury, automobile negligence, medical negligence, drug/medical and general products liability and commercial lawsuits.
The firm represents individuals and small businesses against Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, big government, and other large entities to even the playing field against the most difficult and well-financed opponents. Many of our clients choose to be represented through a Contingent Fee Agreement. Such an arrangement can eliminate the financial risk for our clients to allow them to assert their legal rights in an era where trials and lawsuits have become more time consuming and, for many, almost prohibitively expensive. The firm has a team of highly qualified attorneys and staff to address every stage of a lawsuit.
