Margie Mulder sought justice for her late husband, Alan Jay Mulder, who was fatally struck by a defendant while working a landscaping job in Agoura Hills.
The defendant admitted to misjudging the space needed to pass Alan's parked vehicle, ultimately causing the tragic accident.
A wrongful death claim resulted in a final settlement of $1,300,000, with attorneys Laura Davidson and Maria Gomez representing the case

Isabella Drinkwater sustained two spinal fractures after jumping from a cliff during a church trip to Lake Mead, Nevada.
She was immediately taken to the hospital and subsequently referred to an orthopedic specialist.
